PDL Cadaver Course - Advanced Bone Grafting and Sinus Lift Techniques. Learn and practice the concepts of guided bone regeneration, osteotome sinus lifts, lateral window sinus augmentation and soft tissue management. Taught by experienced dental implant surgeon.

Confirmed registrants unable to attend may obtain a 50% refund by written notification to the PDL Center no later than four weeks prior to the course start date.  Cancellations of less than four weeks and "no shows" are not eligible for a refund.

The PDL Center reserves the right to cancel a course with the full course fee refunded.  The PDL Center is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant.

The course is held for two sessions on a Friday and Saturday.

Make a nominal deposit to hold your seat in the course.  As soon as the minimum number of course participants is reached we will work with you to find a date that works for everyone.
